W1v2 8-inch Subwoofer Driver (150 W, 4 ohm)
The 8W1v2 is an outstanding choice when space is very tight and amplifier power is moderate. Excellent excursion capability and linearity allow it to reproduce sub-bass with shocking extension and quality. Like the 8W3v3, this potent little subwoofer employs many of JL Audio's proprietary technologies to enhance its performance and reliability.
The 8W1v2-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 50W - 150W range and is optimized to operate in a compact 0.375 cu. ft. (10.6 l) sealed enclosure, or a 0.5 cu. ft. (14.2 l) ported enclosure. Detailed enclosure recommendations can be found in the "Specifications" tab.
