This ported Truck PowerWedge™ subwoofer system delivers the kind of output and extension that is normally possible with only much larger systems. The key to its performance lies in the precise tuning of its 8W1v2 subwoofer driver into an efficient slot-ported design.
The slot-port runs along the back wall of the enclosure and fires sideways to produce a low tuning frequency that ensures excellent extension and response smoothness.
The short height of this subwoofer system allows it to fit in compact pickup trucks and many other limited-space applications.
This subwoofer system is shipped wired, loaded and ready to connect via a five-way binding post terminal.
Finish: Dark gray and black, high-grade automotive carpet. A steel mesh grille is included to protect the subwoofer driver.
