Pavilion™ Outdoor In-Ceiling Speaker - 7.7-inch Coaxial (80 W, 4 ) - White Trim Ring, Flush-Mount Grille
Pavilion™ in-ceiling speakers are engineered to deliver remarkable audio performance and durability in outdoor residential applications. Each model features a low-profile mounting bezel with an integrated tweeter bridge and a flush-mount grille for a discreet visual appearance.
For ease of installation, all Pavilion™ speakers utilize an innovative mounting system that permits a rock-solid installation in a wide range of ceiling materials. The fine mesh grille securely attaches with embedded magnets and is paintable to further blend in with your décor.
An oversized 7.7-inch, DMA-optimized, long excursion woofer design delivers increased output and a 1.0-inch (25 mm) pure silk dome tweeter, specially treated to withstand the harshest outdoor environments, delivers crystal-clear high-frequency sound, especially at higher volume levels.
A multi-order, true 2-way passive crossover is concealed within the woofer chassis, guarded against the elements. Also included, is an automatic, solid-state tweeter protection circuit to minimize the possibility of tweeter failure.
Although PV-FX7 Coaxial Speakers can be used with as little as 40 W per channel, for best audio performance we recommend amplifiers capable of between 80-160 W of continuous power per channel.
Production of all Pavilion™ loudspeakers takes place in JL Audio s Miramar, Florida factory, using global components and materials.
Pavilion™ New Construction Brackets are available for this model (sold separately in pairs). Contact your Custom Integrator for more details.

View Manual Technology Dynamic Motor Analysis - DMA Optimized Motor
JL Audio's proprietary Dynamic Motor Analysis system is a powerful suite of FEA-based modeling systems, first developed by JL Audio in 1997 and refined over the years to scientifically address the issue of speaker motor linearity. This leads to vastly reduced distortion and faithfully reproduced transients... or put simply: tight, clean, articulate bass. Marine Materials / Testing
The design of marine products requires extensive materials testing to achieve reliability and longevity. Built in U.S.A. with Global Components
JL Audio's Miramar, Florida loudspeaker production facility is one of the most advanced in the world.
