I’ve always wanted my dream sound system integrating audio and video. Sound Designs was recommended to me and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I was going through serious withdrawal when my tv went out, on the weekend with Brewers and Packer games scheduled! After resetting everything in my power, I called my Sound Design guy who got back to me first thing on Monday morning and had a well versed rep in the downtown area - and arranged for him to see me yet that morning! Rick came in and got right to business with the mangled wires, and in less than 5 minutes found the issue. In addition, the part that had gone "out" was one that he carried in his truck and was right to replace the dysfunctional one. He replaced it and in less than 25 minutes I was back in business. My new cheers are for Sound Designs, who have always been there since our original install by them over 10 years ago. None better! THANK YOU!!!
